THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies in RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE PROGRAM AEC EEC.1Y for the WINTER 2024 Semester January 1 to April 30, 2024 (RRB 22) EVENING (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 18:00-21:30 & Saturday 8:30-12:00).

QUALIFICATIONS
BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS TECHNOLOGY (221) - REAL ESTATE

Bachelor\'s or equivalent * degree in an appropriate field
OR
AEC in Real Estate with 5 - 7 years\' pertinent experience.

• Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems

AND

• Several years related teaching experience at the post - secondary level PREFERRED.

In addition to basic requirements above, candidates must be:
Current members in good standing with Professional order or association for the following courses PREFERRED

• 221-003-AB

N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.

Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC. Education superior to the stated minimum requirement may be substituted for professional/industrial experience at the discretion of the selection committee.
