Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by providing necessary tools and materials. Prepare and maintain your examination room, ensure it is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) is required. Experience with Tracker or similar dental management software is highly desirable. 5+ years previous experience as a CDA Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
