Job Overview


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Care Assistants (CCA) to provide exceptional support and care to our residents in a healthcare or assisted living setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized care such as dementia or hospice care. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting a comfortable environment for our residents. Candidates should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a respectful, caring atmosphere.

Responsibilities



Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, toileting, and hygiene Support with medication administration following prescribed protocols Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and individual needs Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, including light housekeeping tasks Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety for both residents and staff Document care provided accurately in accordance with facility policies Foster a compassionate environment that respects the dignity of each individual

Experience



Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home preferred Experience working with seniors, people with disabilities, or individuals with dementia is highly desirable Previous caregiving roles involving patient care, caregiving, or nursing support are advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as needed for resident support This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through compassionate caregiving.
