We're Looking for Individuals Who:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• Are available for flexible shifts (we operate 24/7)
• Are comfortable working independently, with the support of a team behind you
• Have experience as a CCA, are a student, or have personal caregiving experience and want to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions, ensuring timely reporting of any changes.
• Support individuals with dementia and disabilities, promoting their dignity and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure CPR and First Aid certifications are up to date for emergency situations.

What We Are Looking For:

• CCA certification, related training, or personal caregiving experience
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within one month of hire)
• Previous experience providing care to vulnerable individuals
• Experience caring for individuals with dementia and/or dementia skills training is preferred
• This position is not LIMA exempt or applicable for sponsorship

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$22.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
