Here at Fire It Up BBQ Catering we are a full service barbecue catering company that serves all across the GTA & beyond. We specialize in providing charcoal barbecue events that are full service & buffet style. We do not operate as a \xe2\x80\x9cfood truck\xe2\x80\x9d, we show up, set up & cook on location whether it be a park, backyard, job site, condo, fairs, festivals, corporate locations. We are looking for young adults who are energetic and dependable to join us for this upcoming spring/summer catering season. We typically offer full time employment from early April to mid October with additional events taking place all throughout December for the holiday season. This job is perfect for post secondary students returning home from school, high school students, entry level applicants and anyone with a desire to earn during the busy season. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily food prep Light cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dishes etc Following a packing list Assisting in loading and unloading Working outdoors Serving at events, tending buffet stations Setup and tear down of buffet equipment Additionally, we are looking for drivers with their own cars that would be willing to drive to and from events for compensation. Smart Serve and valid Ontario food handlers are welcomed; however, not required.
