Rodd Charlottetown Hotel is seeking a Catering Coordinator to join their team.

Immediate Supervisor: Food and Beverage Manager

:

This position acts as an assistant to the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that client needs are met or exceeded at all times. Consistently represent a "can do" attitude. Provides clerical/secretarial and administrative support for the Conference Services Department and its managers. Acts as a Banquet Captain as needed, assisting with in-house events, and overall communication for the department to resort.

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience Good organizational skills Previous experience working in an office considered an asset Good computer skills, knowledge of word and excel and ability to pick up new programs easily banquet food service experience Good problem solving skills Ability to assist banquet functions as required Ability to work early morning, late evenings as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
