The Catering Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional service for all catering events. This position supports the setup, service, and cleanup of catered functions while ensuring food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Event Preparation & Setup
Assist with the setup of catering equipment, buffet tables, and event spaces according to client specifications and service standards.
Ensure all food, beverage, and service items are properly organized and ready prior to event start time.
Support kitchen and logistics staff in packing and transporting catering supplies and food to event sites.
Service & Guest Experience
Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests.
Replenish food and beverage stations as needed and maintain a clean, polished appearance throughout service.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of each event.
Address guest needs promptly and courteously, escalating any concerns to supervisors.
Post-Event & Cleanup
Assist in clearing, cleaning, and packing up catering materials and equipment after events.
Return supplies and leftovers to the catering facility following company procedures.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage, prep, and service areas.
Qualifications
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred (training provided).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid
driver's license

reliable transportation
