Duties

Prepare and present a variety of dishes according to client specifications and dietary requirements. Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all food is displayed attractively and served efficiently. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients and attendees, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during events, including serving food and beverages. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures related to food preparation, service, and safety.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or event venues is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
