The Category Manager will be liable for dealing with a particular group or class of items inside the organization, analyzing industry and consumer trends, developing strategies, and overseeing pricing, promotion, and product range management to maximize sales and profitability

A typical day:

Create business plan and strategies for different product category

Negotiate prices and ensures they are competitive for each category

Oversees and review item category and supplier Strategy
/lili
Contribute to the increase of product category Sales
/lili
Work with existing suppliers and analyze supplier performance, market trends, and category dynamics.
/lili
Develop sourcing and sales strategies that align with business objectives
/lili
Track and review the performance of each sales strategy.
/lili
use insights from their market research to provide effective suggestions for new product lines

Successful candidates will have:

5+ years of experience as a Category Manager and Product knowledge (anchoring and mechanical suspension)

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
/lili
Must have Negotiations Skills and Solid knowledge of P&L
/lili
Experience with anchoring and mechanical suspension category products
/lili
Strategic mindset, Detail-oriented, multitasking
/lili
Strong communication an d interpersonal skills
/lili
Advance in Microsoft Suite, excel (v look ups, pivot tables) Word, PowerPoint, BI tools, and standard ERP
