Actively participate in the execution of change management, adoption, and benefits realization of the solution for Merchandising and across the organization while minimizing risk to business operations.Represent all Sobeys business users (Full Service, Community, Discount, eCommerce, Franchise, affiliate, and independents) in all aspects.Identify and engage relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the business as needed to ensure an integrated, standardized, and national solution.Support the completion of Business Process Design documentation and deliverables.Ensure accuracy and completeness of the gathered information and requirements.Support and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and recommendations.Support timely resolution of issues and identified risks.Socialize project outcomes and generate cross-functional support for solution options and recommendations.To the SolutionAssume ownership and responsibility for the SAP S/4 Business solution.Define and drive functional requirements and design opportunities to maximize SAP S/4 for efficiency and next generation capabilities to drive the business.Support the transition of process designs to system developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of designs.Identify impacts to the organization to understand implications \xe2\x80\x93 including skills/knowledge, culture, process, and system.Help identify training needs of the solution, support development and delivery of training materials as needed.Represent Merchandising within the ERP governance framework \xe2\x80\x93 Working team meetings, Leadership Team meetings and Project Steering Team meetings as required.Work with Project Program resources (Program Lead, IT Lead, Change Lead, etc.) to plan and execute work. Ensure accurate status, timely issue, and risk identification, so that the project has the information and awareness required to keep the project on track and on budget.Skills and Experience Requirements

• Familiar with current ECC SAP structure, regional boxes, BW, other various Merchandising tools, and initiatives/processes.
• Understands processes and supporting tools for the Merchandising functions (Fresh/Non-Fresh).
• Ability to leverage network of Subject Matter Experts and make business decisions regarding the way forward within SAP S/4.
• Ability to gain alignment around key decisions from within Merchandising.
