The Wheels CBA supports a highly complex category involving a large number of wheels & accessory SKUS. There are unique processes and systems that supports the wheels business and we are looking for someone who can navigate a large amount of data and understand tire specifications. In addition, the role has a lot of touch points and requires someone who is organized and can manage a number of priorities at any given point. The Category Business Analyst plays a direct role helping equip Canadians to live life to the fullest every day, by managing vendor processes, examining new and existing product lines, and performing analysis that better prepares us to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will support Category Business Managers in creating a compelling and relevant assortment by providing robust analysis and key insights that strengthen the brand with our customers and that deliver against the category level objectives and financial goals. What you bring To excel as a Category Business Analyst, you will be creative and highly organized with a passion for delivering results. You will be growing your merchandising category by providing insight and analysis to support the Category Business Managers in vendor selection and negotiations. You will also provide research and insight to Category Business Managers in making pricing decisions. Our best Category Business Analysts are progressive thinkers, with solid experience in retail merchandising/buying, and managing cross-functional partnerships. This group is masterful at project coordination and planning, and have highly accomplished quantitative, problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you should have an analytical mindset with a strong understanding of utilizing data in order to create recommendations.
