As a Casual Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through various caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals. Support clients with meal preparation and ensure they receive nutritious meals. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the living environment, ensuring a safe space for clients. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere. Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs as required. Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.

Requirements

Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is preferred. Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and dementia care is a plus. Strong caregiving skills, with the ability to provide compassionate support. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families. Ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain a hygienic environment. Willingness to assist with meal preparation and dietary needs of clients.
