Casual Security Guard
We are seeking a
professional and reliable On-Call / Casual Security Guard
to join our team inNorth Vancouver
. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of security professionals to ensure the safety, security, and positive experience of all visitors and tenants on site.Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence. Patrol the property regularly to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety. Monitor for security breaches, hazards, or suspicious behavior. Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and other urgent situations. Complete accurate and detailed incident and activity reports using company software. Follow established site procedures and maintain communication with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
BST Required, AST Preferred
OFA Level 1 Required, OFA Level 2 Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm under pressure. Able to patrol and stand for extended periods. Previous experience in security or customer service is an asset. * Must be available foron-call/casual shifts
