We are a busy massage and wellness clinic located in Northwest Calgary, conveniently off Country Hills Blvd and Sarcee Trail. We're currently looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to cover day time, weekend and evening shifts as needed, with the potential to move into a permanent part-time role as hours become available.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients upon arrival Answer phones and manage appointment bookings Process client billing and payments Manage emails and scheduling through our clinic software Direct bill through third-party insurance portals Handle filing, laundry, and maintain a clean, organized reception area Support a calm, professional, and welcoming clinic environment

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable using computers and clinic management software Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Personable, professional, and able to work both independently and within a team Calm, organized, and efficient in a busy, fast-paced setting Flexible availability to cover shifts, including potential evenings or weekends
