$1,349.00 to $1,401.00 per week pro-rated to number of days worked (Range 4 - Support)

About OPSEU/SEFPO
OPSEU/SEFPO represents approximately 180,000 members across Ontario. They are full- and part-time workers, young and old. Principal Duties:
Under the general direction of the Supervisor, provides secretarial and clerical support services to the Regional Office which include but are not limited to:
General office duties
Database input
Reception duties
Opening and tracking files
Dealing with general inquiries from members
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
One-year Community College Certificate/Diploma and two years related work experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education)
Knowledge of office management principles and ability to follow office policies and procedures
Understanding of and commitment to labour movement and social democratic philosophy
Understanding of and commitment to the principles of anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion
Communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional relationships
Requires intermediate computer skills including experience with software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Requires tact and diplomacy skills
