Position scope
This position requires experience in general janitorial duties within an institutional setting. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of cleaning inside the building, as well as light maintenance duties as necessary.
This is a night shift position.
Duties& responsibilities:
1) Be aware of and seek effective understanding of the Saskatchewan Impaired Driver Treatment Centre's philosophy, policies and program model.
2) Assume overall responsibility for the cleanliness of the building, furniture and equipment.
3) Recommend ways to enhance janitorial services within the Centre.
4) Monitor janitorial inventory and complete purchase orders as necessary.
5) Participate in the budget planning as they relate to janitorial supplies.
6) Perform light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, fuses, door knobs, locks, and minor plumbing etc.
7) Other related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Grade ten preferred, experience in institutional janitorial services preferred, Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.93-$19.80 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift Night shift Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
Prince Albert, SK S6V 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Driving Licence (required)
