Queen Margaret's School is inviting applications for a Casual On-Call Early Childhood Educator to support our Early Years Program (ages 3-5). This on-call position offers flexibility and the potential for part-time hours as opportunities arise. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, responsive, and dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences aligned with the values of QMS.

Required Qualifications

Valid Early Childhood Education Certificate from the BC ECE Registry Minimum two years of experience working with young children Current First Aid and CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to:


Support ECE staff on an on-call basis, with the possibility of future part-time hours Work collaboratively to plan, implement, and participate in offering a responsive, high-quality curriculum in a 3-5 year old program Foster respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues Model a strong understanding of current licensing regulations Adhere to the ECE Code of Ethics Work from the core principles of the BC Early Learning Framework * Contribute to a positive work culture aligned with the values of QMS
