Preston Early Learning has 5 locations in Saskatoon that provide a variety of programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We are currently hiring casual employees to cover staff absences. Shifts may be pre-booked or short notice.

We are specifically looking for casuals who can work at several locations including Fairhaven and/or Willowgrove.

Once at a center you will be responsible for the daily care of the children in your room. This includes helping with hygienic and dietary needs, facilitating children's cognitive growth and social interactions, and cleaning the room as needed. We expect staff to be highly engaged with our children and strongly believe in the value of play. Children are taken outside regularly in all weather so you will need to dress appropriately. Candidates are required to be fluent in English as staff need to be able to clearly communicate with parents and co-workers.

Applicants are required to complete a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check. Pay starts at $15.35 an hour and increases if you have your ECE levels 1-3. Experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.
