Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated on-call Early Childhood Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children with experience in early learning and child care.

As an on-call team member, the successful candidate will be available on short notice to cover illnesses as well as have availability to cover other educators for their appointments and vacation time. Hours are not guaranteed.

Duties

Be available to cover illness and vacation times for the program Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters curiosity among children. Communicating with both families and fellow educators in a professional and positive manner. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications

Level 2 or 3 Certification from an accredited post-secondary school is prefered but a strong Level 1 with experience will be considered. Current First Aid in Child Care or the ability to be certified. Criminal Background check that is less than 6 months old or the ability to get one

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
