ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Lodge Manager (Cloverleaf Manor), the Bus Driver is responsible for delivering a high standard for picking up and dropping off passengers at designated locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Required license to operate a school bus (Class 4)

2. Ability to load and unload cargo of varying weight

3. Excellent driving skills with a clean record

4. Knowledge of safety regulations

5. Ability to use a GPS, navigation skills

6. Good problem-solving skills, being able to remain calm in emergency situations.

7. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal is required.

8. Strong customer service skill including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful manner.

9. Ability to perform work duties with a minimum of supervision.

10. Ability to work independently, as well as a team.

11. Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends).

12. Experience working with and meeting the needs of seniors.
