Job Summary
ATC is seeking a
Casual Administrative Assistant
to provide essential operational and administrative support, contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of services. Working closely with the Primary Administrative Assistant, this role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by performing a variety of organizational and communication tasks. The incumbent will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, administration, and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain general reception duties such as, answering phones, printing, filing, scanning, and incoming mail etc.
Greet and provide general support to ATC visitors and clients - directs them to the appropriate staff member.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Oversee and coordinate company cell phones and tele conferencing systems.
Maintain and update organizational contact lists.
Process and track invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Orders and reviews proof of all business cards.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements and appointments as requested by leadership.
Support the planning and coordination of office functions and corporate events, including booking venues, catering, travel, and other logistics.
Prioritizes issues and documentation for the CEO's attention to ensure important matters are promptly handled.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent is required, post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Familiar with office procedures, record keeping, and basic accounting principles.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office: experience with invoice processing is an asset.
Knowledge of First Nations and Communities in the RMWB.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of Cree and/or Dene is considered an asset.
