Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize sales. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Skills

Proven experience in retail management with a strong understanding of store operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Proficiency in training development techniques to enhance employee performance. Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse customer bases. Strong sales acumen with the ability to implement effective merchandising strategies. Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions. Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates to build a strong team. Ability to manage pricing strategies effectively while maximizing profitability.
