Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team member to work as a cashier/food counter attendant at a busy lunchtime take-out restaurant in Downtown Toronto financial district. Previous relevant experience preferred. Individuals looking for permanent, long-term employment only please.Location: 100 Yonge Street, Scotia Plaza Food Court at Concourse LevelCompensation: $16/hour. Paid breaks and free lunch. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. No weekends and no evenings.Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Extensive food prep
- Taking and preparing customer orders
- Restocking during rush hour
- Cashing out customers
- Cleaning, sweeping and mopping
- Washing dishes, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Works well in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Able to work Monday to Friday daytime
- Motivated and willing to work in a team environment
- Punctual, efficient, hard-working and have good attitude
- Experience working at a fast pace take-out restaurant is an asset
- Permanent and long-term employment
- SIN is required and must live in Canada
- Discounted or free food
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
