Summary
In the role of Cashier/Customer Service/Stocker, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing transactions and maintaining stock levels.
Your core skills in cash handling, POS systems, and retail sales will ensure efficient operations during both open and close shifts. You will also utilize your communication skills to assist customers effectively and enhance their shopping experience. With a focus on time management and organizational skills, you will contribute to a well-organized store environment, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Your main focus will be to greet customers, process transactions in a friendly and efficient way. Maintain store appearance including but not limited to cleaning inside and outside as well as any other assigned duties. Receive orders according to company guidelines to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
Previous customer service experience, ability to communicate with all staff and customers in a professional and friendly manner. Creates a positive working environment and works well in a team as well as independently.
Ability to multitask in a busy work environment and work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.
Stocking can consist of repetitive lifting, carrying boxes up to and may exceed 30lbs. Pushing carts of products to restock shelves and any other duties related to the restocking of the business.
Standing for long periods.
Store hours are 6am to midnight 7 days a week 365 days a year, looking for applicants able to work all shifts.
Availability on weekends and all holidays is required.
Current criminal record check required.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the location starting from 5:45am to midnight as required, 7 days a week. Public transportation is not always available during these times.
