Happy Kingdom Playground is a large entertainment center for young people, families with kids, and all others located at Mississauga. We have a huge soft play place for kids, game machines, VRs, party rooms, and food court, etc. It will be a great fun place for birthday party celebration, group / company event venue, and family gathering.

We are now recruiting

Cashier / Customer Service Attendant/Play Attendant/Party Hosts

in Full time or Part time positions of all the departments (working from 2-5 days, hours subject to operational availabilities).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist customers in needs.

Provide relevant information to our guests; Ensure that guests are aware of the activities, pricing, and availabilities of the playground, party, and games, etc.

Explain the play and safety rules; Ensure guests adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Enforce waiver policies and process liability waiver.

Complete sale transactions , POS procedures or redemptions

. Serve food to party room

Stock inventory and supplies

Maintain play , game & activity area and food court cleanliness and hygiene

Take order to reserve bookings or time slots for birthday parties.

Coordinate birthday party events and provide party set up; ensure sanitization of the party rooms followed by company's procedures

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required College / University Degree preferred Able to work some flexible hours for operational needs experienced in customer service , server, front desk/reception (hospitality, fitness, entertainment venue , bar, restaurant preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using a computer-based booking system or POS terminal Friendly, outgoing, and able to multitask under pressure Bilingual or multilingual candidates are an asset CPR or First Aid Certificate preferred Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
