Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders in person and over the phone Process payments accurately using POS systems (cash, debit, credit) Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area Support the team with light prep or other tasks during slower periods Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and satisfied customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or cashiering (restaurant experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Basic math and computer skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 25 per week
