Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. Stay informed about product features and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in technology sales or product demos is advantageous. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
