Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer service.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience in product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of technical sales or technology sales is beneficial for assisting customers with tech-related inquiries. Retail sales experience is an asset, showcasing your ability to sell products effectively.
