Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our Soul team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer experiences, managing transactions efficiently, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to enhance customer engagement Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and welcoming Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through technical or product knowledge Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
