Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette while ensuring timely responses. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Requirements

:

Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and merchandise displays. Experience with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this enhances our ability to serve diverse customers.
