We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering practices. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related items. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is advantageous. Proficient in using POS systems and basic cash handling procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer experiences. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
