Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time, and upsell products will contribute to a positive shopping experience and drive sales. Bilingual skills and experience in technology sales or product demonstrations are highly valued to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process returns accurately Provide product demos and technical sales support when needed Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy Communicate clearly with customers, answering questions about products and store policies Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Practice excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support team members with inventory management and stock replenishment as required

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Experience in technology sales or product demonstrations is advantageous Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
