Responsibilities

Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features and benefits. Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely assistance. Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or cashiering roles. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct product demos effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks. A proactive approach to upselling and merchandising strategies. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
