Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the work shift. Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with technology sales and technical product knowledge is a plus. Proven organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
