Job Description
At New Steel, exceptional customer service is our top priority. We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible, independent, and outgoing, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. This role involves both individual and team-based work, requiring effective communication, organization, and collaboration. The retail environment can be fast-paced and occasionally challenging, so applicants should be adaptable and capable of problem-solving under pressure. While knowledge of body piercings is an asset, it is not required--comprehensive paid training will be provided.
Training:
All new hires receive thorough, hands-on training. This includes in-person shifts where you'll gain experience interacting with customers and learning about our products and sales process. You'll also receive a detailed training links for additional support. Training continues until both management and the new employee feel fully confident in their role.

Opening duties, including removing the tarp and counting the till Restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained Assisting customers with questions, offering product suggestions, and processing transactions Maintaining cleanliness and organization during slower periods Tracking sold-out items and reporting inventory needs to the manager monthly Closing duties, including reconciling the till and covering the kiosk
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
