Duties

Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs. Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, promotions, and services. Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in cashiering or a similar role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area and manage transactions. A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
