Job Summary

Take orders on POS Answer phone calls Greet/engage customers Handle customer inquiries/feedback Opening/closing duties Organize/replenish food display areas Assist bakers when necessary On-going cleaning throughout the store Decorate & slice cakes for retail sale Prepare various cake decorations Keep track of inventory/cake stock Think quickly to resolve any unexpected issues Ensuring kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, mopping and sweeping
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Customer service-oriented Food Handler certification Able to work quickly and efficiently, with a sense of urgency Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized Have a bright, positive attitude and a friendly, tidy image Must be punctual and reliable Have strong communication skills Have a sense of tidiness/hygienic standards Must be able to work on weekends / holidays (if needed) Must have a keen eye for quality assurance
