Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Sell products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
