Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and efficient work. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various cleaning tools and equipment. Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is a plus, along with a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Operate carpet cleaning equipment, including power tools and other cleaning machinery, to remove stains and dirt from carpets and upholstery Utilize hand tools and custodial supplies to perform detailed cleaning tasks Conduct facilities maintenance as needed to ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas Perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently in both residential and business environments Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes Handle heavy lifting of equipment and furniture when necessary, following proper safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards Communicate clearly with clients regarding service procedures and address any questions or concerns professionally

Qualifications

Prior experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and moving for extended periods during cleaning tasks Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
