and contribute to a variety of projects across our dynamic company.

In this hands-on position as a

Carpentry Helper

, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, general labor, and assisting our electrician. Strong carpentry skills are highly valued, but we're primarily looking for a well-rounded individual with diverse construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Determine specifications and calculate requirements. Start and complete projects according to plans and timelines, with guidance as needed. Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join moldings, wood, drywall, and plastic materials. Assist carpenters and perform general labor as required. Operate various tools, including skill saws, chop saws, table saws, radial arm saws, drills, drill presses, and air tools. Follow all safety rules and procedures. Regularly perform tasks requiring physical effort, including standing, walking, climbing, and maintaining physical balance, strength, and endurance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Carpentry experience is an asset. General construction experience is an asset. Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract required.

Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced environment. Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items up to 100lbs. Exposure to heat and cold, outside in the elements from time to time.
