Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Execute cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks Conduct restoration work on existing structures to restore them to their original condition Assist with rebar installation and siding projects Carry out construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines Engage in heavy lifting as required during the execution of duties Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and ensure quality control throughout the process Provide plumbing and electrical support when necessary

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans Experience in carpentry, woodworking, and general construction practices Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and caulking methods Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Previous maintenance person experience with a diverse skill set in home repair tasks Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$33.00 per hour
