. This role is essential for ensuring the successful completion of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in construction, carpentry, and new home builds, demonstrating proficiency in both individual and team settings.

Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity Engage in restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision Conduct construction painting to enhance aesthetics and durability Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Estimate project requirements and timelines accurately Assist with roofing, siding, plumbing, and electrical tasks as required Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in various environments Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout all phases of construction

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings Strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and general construction practices Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and assembly tasks Familiarity with masonry techniques and materials Ability to operate various power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintenance Person experience across multiple trades including plumbing and electrical work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$42.00 per hour

Construction of new homes and renovations: 4 years (preferred)
