Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented / window and door installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. Duties

Measure openings accurately using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure proper fit of windows and doors Prepare the installation site by framing, heavy lifting, or performing metal or wood stud framing as needed Install windows and doors utilizing hand tools, power tools, caulking, and other fabrication techniques Perform trim carpentry, siding, and fascia to enhance the aesthetic and structural integrity of installations Conduct restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, or general repair work on existing structures Follow safety protocols during all phases of installation. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry, or electrical experience to ensure cohesive project completion

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, , and other construction equipment Experience in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing Familiarity with roofing techniques, siding installation, general wood framing and fixture hanging Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry work, flooring installation, tile laying and remodeling practices Excellent communication skills for reading schematics accurately and collaborating effectively with team members on various construction tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
