Experienced Wood Box Fabricator - Precast Concrete Industry

highly skilled and self-sufficient wood box fabricator
to join our team. This role isnot for beginners
--we're looking for someone who hashands-on experience building custom wood forms
specifically for precast concrete applications.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
wood box fabrication for precast concrete
Ability to workindependently
without supervision or instruction Strong understanding offormwork design and construction
Minimum English proficiency to communicate with crew members Reliabletransportation to our factory
Willingness to work6+ days per week
, including longer hours when neededWhat You'll Be Doing
Constructing
custom wood molds
for various precast components Reading and interpretingtechnical drawings and measurements
Collaborating with production teams to ensure timely delivery Maintaining a clean and safe work environmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
Work Location: In person
