Rockwood Homes - Carpenter

We have an immediate need for a full-time Journeyperson Carpenter to join Rockwood Homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

What you will do

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Knowledge and understanding of local building code and conformance requirements to national building codes

Install foundations, framing, floor joists, roof trusses, and finish trim

Demonstrate pride in quality of work

Ability to regularly meet deadlines

Follow safe working practices and promote safety awareness

Ability to teach apprentice carpenters

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your background

Valid Journeyperson certificate

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a journeyperson carpenter
