This role involves hands-on construction and maintenance work, requiring a strong understanding of carpentry, maintenance person tasks, and the use of various hand tools. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable of heavy lifting, and experienced in reading blueprints to execute projects efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform construction, repair, and maintenance tasks Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution Perform carpentry duties including framing, trimming, and installing fixtures Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and durability of structures Conduct heavy lifting as required for material handling and installation processes Assist with general maintenance person duties such as patching, painting, and minor repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Experience

Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, construction, or maintenance person work is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation is essential Experience with caulking, sealing, or related finishing techniques is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Prior experience in construction or related trades demonstrates strong practical knowledge Physical stamina for demanding tasks including prolonged standing, climbing, and lifting heavy materials

Pay: $21.58-$30.00 per hour
