Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure you are familiar with scope of work for each project Framing Responsible for handyman type tasks, including but not limited to: drywall patching, minor painting, finishing work (trim and baseboards), Completing warranty/service work on past projects Purchase and/or pick up materials for jobsite Daily clean-up on job sites including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, garbage removal, etc. Responsible for maintenance of trailer and tools Communicate relevant information to project team Assist with general organization of warehouse space Must represent Bella Vista in a professional and responsible manner at all times Other duties that fall into the scope of Service/Warranty/General Labour
Qualifications:

Journeyperson certificate Experience with drywall patching, painting, finishing and other "handyman" type tasks Exceptional attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills Time management skills
