Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing construction tasks that contribute to the overall quality and functionality of structures.

Responsibilities

Installation of wood decks, composite decks, stairs, pergolas, fences, bars etc... Assemble various structures and components according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and dimensions. Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in deck building, fence building, composite materials, caulking, assembly, blueprint reading Ability to operate hand tools an d power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials. A valid driver's license & reliable vehicle is a requirement

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
