Job Description

PURE Restoration is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers and the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a full time Carpenter to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include:

Finish and rough carpentry (casing, baseboards, cabinetry, doors, windows, framing, stairs, board-ups, etc.). Drywall repairs to paint-ready stage. Painting (baseboards, trims and etc.) Texturing (all types) Insulation and vapour barrier installation. Selective demolition as per Project Managers instructions and protects materials/structure for later use. Follows all health and safety policies and procedures and adheres to company standards at customer sites.. Maintains good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, non -cluttered workplace to minimize cross contamination. Ensures quality control targets are met or exceeded. Ensures deadlines are met or exceeded. Maintains professional and service focused approach with property owner, occupants of the property, co-workers, and sub-contractors. Ability to manage multiple projects and sites. Work 40 hours per week and overtime when required.

Qualifications Required:

College diploma or certification in recognized construction/carpentry course preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience and proven track record in restoration industry. Ability to work as a team and independently. Able to lift items up to 50lbs.
