We are looking to hire an EXPERIENCED carpenter helper to round out our team. We value hands-on, professional development and provide training programs for the right candidates. Bring what you already know to the table, and we will work together to grow your possibilities.
Renovations experience and Red Seal is an asset. We provide VERY competitive wages based on experience and health benefits after a probationary period.
We are looking for the following skills:
- Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints
- Knowledge of building code
- Knowledge of best WorkSafeBC safety procedures and processes of workplace
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
- Framing & finishing
Candidates Must Have:
- 2 years minimum experience
- Good work ethic
- Patience & respect
- Dedication
- Critical Thinking
- Attention to detail
